Tim McCausland is a real estate professional, attorney and community leader based in the Roscoe office.

In addition to his real estate work at Land & Water Realty, Tim serves as President of the Sullivan County Bar Association and is a Trustee of the Catskill Fly Fishing Center & Museum. He has also serves on the board of the Garnet Health System and formerly served on multiple Not For Profits throughout the region.

Tim is a graduate of St. John’s University School of Law and Cornell University, School of Industrial & Labor Relations. Tim focus includes commercial and industrial sales, large tract sales, estate and trust-related transactions, nonprofit and institutional real estate, and complex or special-situation deals.

Outside of his professional work, Tim is an aspiring screenwriter, developing original projects that explore history, culture, and human connection. He is also an average—but devoted—fly fisherman.

He lives with his wife, Cheryl, in Roscoe, New York.
