For the last 7 years, Sean has been a trooper with the New York State Police which has allowed him the unique opportunity to meet and interact with residents throughout the Catskill region. His tenure as a law enforcement officer has allowed him to learn the ins and outs of not only Sullivan County, but the greater Catskills area. Sean prides himself on his strong work ethic, dedication and integrity that allow him to fulfill the needs of his clients with genuine honesty and support.
In his free time, Sean enjoys golfing, traveling, and exploring the Catskills.

Skylar Vairo- Hubbell
Land and Water welcomes new, local agent, Skylar Vairo-Hubbell. Skylar has grown up on the Upper Delaware River, residing all of her life on the border of both Delaware and Sullivan Counties. Her family has many generations and history in the Catskill Mountains starting in the late 1800s. She ventured into the realm of real estate due to the love she has for the mountains and the Catskill region. Her extensive knowledge of the region allows her to assist her clients through the real estate journey. She strives to create an effective, trusting relationship with her clients and dedicate individualized time to listen to exactly what her clients desire.
In her free time she loves spending time with her family, which includes her husband and three active boys. Their ideal day includes either hiking, fishing, four wheeling, snowmobiling, or just playing ball. They love their family kayak trips down the scenic Upper Delaware River. Skylar also enjoys volunteering for local AYSO Soccer league, which her children have participated in for the past six years. The love and passion she has for the wildlife, land, and water in the region helps her fully understand and best serve her clients unique interests.
Megan Ollive
Land and Water announces the exciting addition of Megan Ollive to the growing team.
Megan was born in Orange County but at a young age moved to rural central Pennsylvania where she was raised on a small farm that provided crops for local farmers. She moved back to New York to attend Mount Saint Mary College where she studied biological and ecological sciences and became a certified teacher. Over the past 17 years she has lived in Dutchess County, Orange County and finally settled in Sullivan County where she has fallen in love with the beauty of the scenic mountains, trails, rivers and lakes. Megan navigated her way into real estate world to provide honest one on one guidance to help others find the property that is perfect for them.
In her free time Megan enjoys spending time with her husband in their rural home where they raise chickens and tend their garden. They also rehabilitate homes to bring them back to their original charm. She enjoys traveling, scuba diving, and immersing herself in other cultures.
Krystal Perrello
Land and Water announces the exciting addition of Krystal Perrello to the growing team. Krystal was born and raised in Woodbridge and is a life long resident of Sullivan County, currently residing in Rock Hill. Krystal has been a special education teacher in both Sullivan and Orange County throughout the last 11 years. Her time spent in both Sullivan and Orange County provides her a unique perspective of the area and it’s people. She aims to lead her clients through an effective and honest experience. Krystal prides herself on strong work ethic and dedication. Krystal strives to develop authentic relationships with her clients in order to make the experience personal and memorable. In her free time, Krystal enjoys spending time with her fiancé Sean, family, and Labradoodle Ellie. They especially enjoy boating on White Lake with their family. Krystal also enjoys outdoor runs around Emerald Green, hiking the Hudson Valley, and reading a good book.
